If you have some ting of common sense and a handy mechanic inclined hand and head this item will work equal or better than the K-TUNED expensive version with just a drill and a tap and die set. The spring and bracket that comes on it it is just to align the bolt hole so you can drill and tap the head for it. If you leave it installed and dont tap the head to properly secure installation you are going to have a leak of coolant. And, you will need to drill the prt
