Bubble wrapped in a taped up plain cardboard box, with no installation gizmos.Pretty much like components removed from new bike swap out. Arrived 3 days after estimated, 10 days total. Eight of which were within California.Still, I installed the shifters, dialed them in and I'm happy with them. Not so much the lack of accuracy in the description and the shipping delays.
