I ordered this item on 12/17 with a delivery date of 12/21. It was to be a Christmas gift. I have messaged the seller with no results (although when I messaged before buying they answered very quickly). Tracking says the same thing it has said since I ordered, "in pre-shipping". Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it. Communication is key and there was none after they knew they had a sale. I would rather know it had been delayed than to be trying to find a replacement gift at the last minute.
