The harp looks just as described, and seems to be good quality. I've had a few issues with 5 strings unraveling from the tuning pin but that can sometimes be expected with new strings adjusting to the tension. Hopefully it doesn't continue. The rubber padding on the lever came off as well but it was an easy fix. Just annoying when it's so new to have this many issues.

But it was not the same as the one in the listing and it was damaged slightly. I asked to return it - they clearly didn't want me to do that. After various negotiations I settled for a partial refund. If you're thinking of buying one of these, be aware that it is a very poor quality instrument. Hard to tune and levers too stiff to use.

However, it took a long time before it shipped and the shipping company (DHL, always awful in Canada) damaged the harp bag (slash marks all over it) and undid all the seller's careful packaging so that the harp fell out of the box and into the snow while it was being delivered. Fortunately there was a cushioning effect from the snow so the harp was not damaged in the fall. Still dealing with DHL's customer service.
