    I have tried to contact you directly. The product is first rate and I have bought from you before without any issues, hence repeat order. Unfortunately the lid was not secured at dispatch and this has allowed the paint to seep out badly during transit. Possibly should have been taped. So I have only received a small amount of paint. I would be grateful for a replacement pot, thanking you in anticipation. I will remove negative feedback when this issue is resolved. Regards John Weir. UK.
