Very cute item. It is a dress though, not two pieces as I had originally thought. It also runs small. I am a size 13-14, bought the 3x figuring I could taper in the top if needed, nope, actually it is a good fit as-is... though I don't like the waistband, so I am going to tweak it on my sewing machine a little bit. The hemline is also a "raw"cut, so I plan on hemming it. The length runs long, I am 5'8" and it will be the perfct length with the 1" low heel boot I plan on wearing.
