The storage, packaging or shipping had left it very flat and a heat-gun was necessary to restore it to the correct shape to clear the underside of the engine compartment. Supplier was unable to inform me about the correct fasteners in advance. The holes on the undertray did not line up well with the bolt holes in chassis, which also needed rivet nuts to be installed first before 10mm hex bolts with large washers.
