When I contacted the seller, they asked for photos with measurements to prove it, not trusting my word. They incorrectly claimed I was using the product wrong, suggesting the flared end was meant to plug the hose, which was incorrect. They didn’t offer a refund and did nothing to resolve the issue. Further more I ordered two products from them and it took 6 days to get from Florida to Pennsylvania.
