Item came as described. Shipping was pretty normal with a small setback but still came within time frame. Only issue I have is lack of communication. I was given no option to upgrade to different spring rates and the possibility of upgrading to swift springs. This is an available option from BC Racing and unfortunately not an option that was given to me.

I was sceptical about BC after reading reviews but I have nothing but great things to say. They ride really well for being dropped 1.5 inches. My only complaint is that they need longer end links like offered with the rwd n54s. My stock links clunk and need replacement but that has nothing to do with the coilovers themselves. They transformed my car from sloppy with massive body roll to a cornering machine.

The first visors received had packaging that was damaged thus arrived snapped in half and not useable. After contacting the seller, they were very responsive and resent another one quickly and the packaging and rain guards are in good condition. Hopefully the item will last for a long time.
