    The item arrived well packaged and was exactly as described. Great seller😃. However, the only slight problem was down to Royal Mail. The item was dispatched promptly with an estimated delivery date of 28th or 29th October. However, I didn’t receive the item until today, November 5th. This appears to be entirely down to Royal Mail🙁

    Great comms with the seller. Royal Mail managed to take ten days to deliver these (not the seller's fault in the slightest). They were posted quickly, well packed, arrived in perfect condition and I'm very happy with them. I'm not very happy with Royal Mail on this one but the seller was great and that's really what counts.

    Fantastic value for a 're-manufactured' (reconditioned) Denso starter motor, exactly as described. Item did not arrive on time, tried contacting the seller and had no response. Raised a case with Ebay and item arrived shortly after, still with no communication from the seller ? May have been due to holidays or illness, but would have expected to hear something. Seller has very good feedback, presume this was just a one off problem.
