Poor communication from the seller - he never actually answered any of my questions. No tracking No.On the customs declaration, he wrote "jewel", so Czech customs thought it was a shipment of diamonds, which I had to send numerous emails to explain, and for the value he wrote a hieroglyph, which also annoyed Czech customs. Next time it would be easier, quicker, and probably cheaper to fly to the UK and buy it in a shop (because of customs fees, import fees, Czech postal service customs form fees)
