It is very lightly built but I hope it will hold up. I did put my surface pro in it and while its a very snug fit I think it will work fine. Overall it has a light feel. Time will tell. I plan to come back after use a few months to update my opinion.

The vendor was very helpful and offered to refund, but it's perfectly usable as-is.
