I've had a knife exactly like this for many years and my daughter loves it. I bought her this one for Christmas. The only negative is that the blade tang is not secured to the handle with pins and ours separated after a few years of service.The additional ferrule at the blade end of the handle held it together and I was able to rebond it and now it is as good as new. Hope they read this and fix it because it is a great knife otherwise.
