Clearly stated in the listing "Does NOT include mounting plates". Those who use these hinges understand there are almost 100 different mounting plates that all work with this hinge. There is not just one. It's impossible to know which plate will work for various applications and attachment methods and adjustment options, hence why they are not included and must be ordered separately.
