Bought on June 30, requested tracking number without success.8 days later they replied "there may have been an issue with this item and our warehouse is processing a second look for it." Days later I insisted if they had a "second look" at warehouse. Another 7days passed no news. Insisted and they replied they had "no updates". 16 days after payin I ask them to honestly inform if they had the item or return the money. Got refunded
