Package weighed 7 ounces when shipped, and the customer said he received a sealed and empty envelope. The envelope weighs 1 ounce, so what happened to the other 6 ounces if it arrived sealed? Must have been taken up by some sort of alien tractor beam I suppose. I replaced the item, and banned the buyer. We won't be doing business again.
