Then lied about it saying that the customer (me) requested a cancellation when absolutely I did not. All I was trying to do was confirm the deliver date. This buyer demanded item before prescribed handling date in listing. We would not honor his egotism by advancing his order at the expense of other buyers ahead of him, so we cancelled the sale, refunded his money so he could shop elsewhere. Ironically, after leaving this negative feedback, he attempted to order our product again under a different user name. Fortunately, our record keeping is every bit as great as our products so that order was canceled too.
