Had to go back and forth with the vendor, since the product did not have any instructions. The issue was how it got its electrical power. Using a USB directly connected to a wall outlet did not work. The electrical power had to come via USB connected to a PC/laptop. Vendor was helpful in providing info to help, but, ultimately after trial and error I found the issue. Suggested to the vendor that they add some instructiosn to the package.
