When my item arrived at my home and I saw the box I had my concerns. The box looked like it had be crushed and there was a shoe print on one side of the box. The Item inside the box was damaged and may be repairable. The seller gave a full refund and then said that the item not be sent back to them, so I have a damaged dulcimer and my money returned.
