FPD promptly shipped a replacement which FedEx took 8-days to deliver 509 miles. My contact with FPD responded promptly to all of my messages concerning both shipments. I'll be adding fordpartsdiscount to my favorite ebay seller list for future purchases. Just please dump FedEx as a carrier though.

That's on the seller to make sure the label is clear and fastened to the product or shipping container. When I opened the grey plastic bag, I found that the lid of the product was open, and I was staring directly at the anti-seize. Fortunately it was cold, and the anti-seize stayed in the container. Unhappy about what could have happened, which could have been a big mess.
