    I ordered a YAS-23 which was as described. The packaging was amazing; my sax was wrapped in bubble wrap within its case and the case was wrapped with bubble wrap then covered with soft cloth for padding before being placed in a tightly tapped box. My sax arrived very fast — within four days. When I had a question about the product, they responded within minutes. For a gently used sax, I’ll say the price was great (since I had to bid for it). Shipping and tax did raise the price which was fine.
