    Unfortunately the wrong charger was sent with it, the gro egg charger sent instead of the gro clock charger. This was an easy mistake to make as very similar. I contacted the seller and they answered immediately and fixed the problem by sending me the correct charger promptly and paid for and organised a courier to collect the incorrect charger at no expense to myself. To summarise- it was an easy mistake to make but was resolved promptly and with good communication throughout.
