    The seller sent me the wrong item, that's OK, it happens sometimes. When I sent her detailed pics of the item sent to me, she immediately accused me of switching the label on the shorts because she "knew" she sent the right item. So, I bumped it up to Ebay. A few days later, she asked for more pictures of the item, which I sent and suddenly I got my refund. People make mistakes but an apology goes a long way. I finally got one today, kinda. I guess I'm supposed to offer grace for her mistake.

    After asking for a full photo of the item I never received any response at all. Due to me not being able to check out the situation I quickly issued her a return label the very same day the request was made for the refund. When I received the item back she included a very rude note. I sent a polite response and told her I issued her the refund. I also apologized for my mistake. Situation could have went differently withCommunication from the start. I will do better on my part in the future.
