The condition of the printer was new,the quality of the construction was strong and the overall appearance is very pleasing to the eye and the touch screen easy to read and understand. Excellent value for money but I would have appreciated limited content ink cartridges, as I ordered the wrong numbered cartridges, then had to buy the correct ones, when the printer wouldn't connect to my tablet.
