Price point was fair. Starter looked just like my previous 12v gear reduction and was brand new. I give shipping 2 stars only for the fact that the package was sent through the USA to Canada and hit me with a duty charge that was more than the shipping cost. SEND STUFF DIRECT TO CANADA not through the USA just so they can get their money for nothing.
