      Finally got the printer that I originally ordered... The seller sent the wrong one initially, but was absolutely fabulous about sorting out the issue courteously and quickly!       Low price supposedly justifies false advertisement and terrible customer service. Sold ‘as new’ but printer arrived with empty ink as ink had leaked everywhere. Replacement ink was sent in different shaped bottles which don’t fit to refill the printer. When sending pics I was told ‘It’s not hard, look on YouTube’ rather than seeing they’re completely different and will not fit. No apology, completely rude and no offer to correct this so I’m left with ink that won’t fit the printer.

      Everything this buyer has said is untrue. The printer was sold as new and opened, not brand new, they sent me no images to prove that there was no ink in the printer, because there was, they wanted £16 discount to supposedly get ink, I sent them 4 bottles of ink with 4 syringes and needles, they do not show the needle on the syringe that will fill the ink tank. At all times I was courteous with the client at all times, at no time did they ask to return the printer.
