    Not exactly as the picture (maybe VW/Audi updated types of rings from stock as the picture showed, I am not sure), and there was no country of manufacture, but they appear to be great. Let's hope so because it will not be fun to take everything apart to get to them again. :) Shipping was lightning fast!
