    Shipping was 4-6 days, packaging was mediocre, item was not as described they were faulty, AirPod does not hold a charge put them in and immediately died. They also appeared not to be authentic due to being monogrammed. Value was not worth it, expensive for 2019 product. And more than anything his customer service, he was rude, accusatory. He was a complete jerk calling me a scammer. Dare you not be satisfied with a product he gets ugly. Buy on Amazon. Better customer service. RUN FROM THIS GUY

    The buyer claimed the item was fake, when it was not. I simply informed them that it was an authentic item, they then changed the story to it was defective. Sad to get this abuse on this platform. I have paid for the return label, and will issue refund when item is returned.
