Seller offered small refund to keep, but still wasn’t worth it for much smaller blanket than described. I said I would return (no return policy) and seller said buyers are generally responsible for return shipping and that they made a mistake because they are getting older. I did get full refund but seller wasn’t overly helpful or sincere. I’m a seller too, and this isn’t how mistakes are handled.
