    I have been dealing with E-Bay for many years, and you buy and sell and leave good comment or bad and you move on, but this transaction was different than any other I have done in the past. Imagine you are buying the complete set of golf clubs from the seller who is misinformed by E-Bay about shipping charges, initially you think this will cost $30 and the shipping cost was $200 and you were selling set for $140. The seller never complained send the clubs as promised, this shows integrity.

    Seller stated expiration date on all items was 05/2027. The expiration markings were cut off at the bottom of the larger $43 bottle. Thats dishonest. Theres no way of knowing. Seller should have been forthcoming about this and had integrity as a seller. The lotion in this bottle is discolored and obviously expired. It's a cream color, but this specialty lotion is usually white. Buyer feedback is very important for ebay to remain a viable and safe platform for transactions, on new and used items

    I in no way altered any product that I have sold from it's original condition. Buyer stating I somehow cut a stamped expiration date off is not only impossible but untrue. I have sold hundreds of ZO Skin Health Products and never have had a single complaint up until this customer. Ebay has protocols in place to make sure the customer receives the product they are expecting and that it matches the item description in the ad. Why did you not utilize your ability to return the product for free.
