A shipping label was created on 9/30, and my item didn't actually ship until 10/2, directly from Amazon, in Amazon packaging, with an Amazon delivery label. When I contacted seller for updates during the long wait for shipping, I was lied to and provided with further inaccurate delivery estimates.
