    Carb was misrepresented + arrived damaged from poor packing. Seller offered to replace, retracted the offer after realizing he'd have to pay return shipping + shipping on the replacement, & tried to "back out" by telling me the carb I sent photos of wasn't his original auction item. I offered to contact Ebay to resolve & he stopped that tactic. He finally sent a replacement that he "fully inspected." See photos. Both carbs have seized throttle shafts, frozen screws, MAJOR water damage, etc
