However the advertised item was supposedly new but had defects (i.e. fur matting/missing, irregular stitching, glue stains)and only 2 of the 4 purchased were usable. Contacted seller who confirmed that the product was indeed new and that the observed issues are manufacturing defects. Seller offered a partial refund which was fair since I was unable to use all of the items.
