I found this 3rd generation Nest thermostat as a replacement. It was packaged well and arrived in good condition. It was fairly priced and works well. The screen is very clear and doesn't have any cosmetic flaws or appearances. I would have no issue purchasing from this seller again.

Was missing a few things like the Nest screw driver and some other minor things. But overall Installed it and it's been working flawlessly for under 24 hours now. If anything changes I'll come back & update this as needed. But so far so good!! WOULD BUY FROM AGAIN IF OPPORTUNITY CAME UP A++++++++++

Upon receipt I noticed 2 of the 4 tabs on the back plate of the thermostat were broken off. The seller tried to tell me they broke off in shipping, this simply was not true at all. There were no small plastic tabs floating around the box. Without these tabs, the thermostat cannot keep a flush connection to the mounting plate & does not stay powered on. I had to argue for a refund for nearly 4 days. So frustrating!

All items and screw kit from Logitech still in the box. Had a hiccup with shipping taking over a week to ship out but I believe it might have been a UPS problem. This made it almost a 2 weeks delivery. Seller can shorten this by shipping item in 24 to 48 hours after placing an order. Just my suggestion ... You sonder why Amazon is popular.

It went straight from Pre-shipment to Out for delivery with nothing in between. Seller was great!
