    There was an issue with shipping at first but the seller made it right refunded me $10 for my troubles and sent another pair right away. The headphones worked perfectly fine in brand new condition and already charged ready to go. The shipping was fast also since I’m in the Chicago area it said it would be delivered by Wednesday and i actually got them 2 days earlier on Monday. Would buy again definitely don’t hesitate to purchase from this seller if there’s an issue he will make it right.

    This is my second Good sam Rand Mcnally ,from this seller ,1st one came DOA, contacted seller and after some time a new unit was sent free of charge except for taxes and shipping. Good business ethics, but these units really aren't built great so buyer beware .
