The process of coming to anything like a reasonable conclusion for the costumer such as myself. This company has failed to be reasonable only cheap in a refund or help making this situation complete only complicated. Faulty Temu junk . In the end it’s all about selling not returning or making the situation reasonable like Amazon. Lengthy process is exhausting so this is where I have continued to do buisness.
