    After waiting 3 weeks, I received a broken PSP that wouldn’t charge or turn on. I tried to contact the seller about refund options and they were apologetic, but offered a $30 refund instead of 100%. I cannot trust that I can return it and get a working PSP. The price also went up by $25 to $150 and that is overpriced, so if i returned and reordered a new one, I would have to pay more that I originally did. Seller lost contact with me so now I have to now contact ebay customer support for help :(
