They're heavier than regular carbon arrows because they're designed for hunting with a heavier bow rather than target archery. The turkey feathers are indeed real, so take care of them so they dont get too damaged. They're just as described and a good make, which I really wasnt expecting with the price. You do indeed get six as well, and they shoot straight and true.
