    After receiving this vacuum sooner than expected, and well packaged, we were disappointed that it was in a uncleaned condition and after switching on, there was no suction. After checking to be sure I had assembled it correctly, I found that the hose was completely blocked with rubbish dust and fluff. Contrary to the item description which states that items are fully checked to ensure functionality. The seller apologized immediately, and offered a partial refund which I gratefully accepted.
