The box was extremely worn, there was no shine, there were scuffs all over the scentsy box, along with bends and rips! I immediately sent the return request as "Item not as described" and the seller responded with "This item has never been used. The box must have been damaged in shipping", which was absolute nonsense. Shipping box was perfect condition.

I like the fact that they clip on the visor and you get that fresh smell when you're getting in. The item was exactly as pictured and was what I was expecting. I would buy from this seller again if they had something I wanted.
