It is made of a brown velvet fabric, with gold metallic lame raised braided soutache trim edging with gold beaded accents and a gold bow appliqued on the side. This beautiful brown velvet wide brim hat has a soft round crown with gold beaded soutache trim hatband side bow and edging the wide brim and is fully lined with a black silk fabric inside. The hat measures 12 inches wide across and 22 inches inside crown circumference. It is in good condition, with dark patina to the gold lame trim and a few missing gold beads (see close-ups). This is truly a wonderful piece of quality made wearable millinery art.”
