It was in excellent condition even though it was listed as used. It doesn’t look like it was ever used. The packaging and shipping time was both acceptable. The seller was very polite; we had a conversation about what happened. In the end, I decided to keep the product, despite having received it in that condition. The negative thing about my experience is that we have to learn from our mistakes, and this seller is convinced that there was no mistake on his part. So, the same thing that happened to me will happen again.
