    Item is faulty, yet wants me to pay for return postage due to them being confident it’s not and was apparently tested prior to sending. Yet i have told them that this is faulty. No doubt they will put it down to a compatibility issue, but it’s rubbish as my laptop is compatible with this. Avoid if you don’t want faulty products and then have to spend the same price on postage to send it back. Also, the contacts on the ram were quite scratched up. It’s faulty, but they won’t accept it. AVOID
