    I ordered this item with expedited shipping for an event, but it never arrived. The tracking status has remained at “label created” with no movement at all and the latest delivery date has passed , the seller was also unable to provide any proof of shipment or drop-off. When I asked for a refund nicely, I was told they would block my number and ignore all future messages. Completely unprofessional experience. I would not recommend doing business with this seller.

    I will never let you buy from our store again. I will share this with the Japanese EBAY community. This buyer repeatedly asked us to submit receipts that did not exist after we shipped the product, and even though the product had already been shipped, he demanded a refund. Please check with the shipping company after the product has been shipped. This is a very annoying buyer.
