    Lamentamos sinceramente la experiencia que ha tenido con la entrega de su pedido. Queremos aclarar que el retraso y la imposibilidad de redirigir el paquete a un punto de recogida se debieron exclusivamente a incidencias con la empresa de transporte, totalmente ajenas a nuestra gestión. Desde nuestro equipo le ofrecimos volver a enviarle el pedido, pero decidió no continuar con el proceso. En ningún momento ha sido nuestra intención causarle molestias ni mucho menos faltarle al respeto.
