Once finally agreed they won't send a return label, but you have to provide a PayPal email for them to transfer funds and then you have to wait for it to arrive all the way in China praying it doesn't get lost before you will even get your refund. As it stands I'm 2 weeks in and only just got to the stage where they might send money for postage. But the buyer did not return the item. We will only issue a refund after receiving the return package, which is required by eBay and the order amount is currently controlled by eBay.
