- z***v (0)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseVino envuelto en cinta de embalar la caja, de una edition coleccionista, y me jodió la caja de cartón entera, la quería guardar por de decoración y la tengo que tirar por qué vino un poco mojada y llena de cinta, muy mal el envío y la recepción, el producto final perfecto, pero un reembolso de algo por estos daños creo que es lo suyo, sobretodo por qué venía mojada la caja que se ve que estiró de una esquina y directamente la cinta despega toda la caja y la rompe.

Once finally agreed they won't send a return label, but you have to provide a PayPal email for them to transfer funds and then you have to wait for it to arrive all the way in China praying it doesn't get lost before you will even get your refund. As it stands I'm 2 weeks in and only just got to the stage where they might send money for postage. But the buyer did not return the item. We will only issue a refund after receiving the return package, which is required by eBay and the order amount is currently controlled by eBay. But the buyer received our shipping fee but has not returned the package. This is not friendly!!!
