I went to the postal office with the tracking number that you have on the site and instead of receiving the item all they had was a certified letter with a blank piece of paper. Looks like a spam . The item was paid for. Also, my name isn’t Maria. I’m surprised you received this instead of the actual item. USPS marked the package as lost, so I filed a claim. They launched a warehouse investigation, approved it, and I just received the reimbursement. I always wait for the investigation to finish before refunding, in case the item is found. That said, I issued your refund immediately.
