The case was cracked and 2 keys at that end of the keyboard misaligned, possibly due to external forces during shipping. Seller was communicative and willing to help but the whole process felt like pulling teeth. Ultimately I repaired the 2 keys (with a third being slightly affected). The offered a refund of $30, however, as with most of the communication - nothing was fluid. Probably okay seller - just poor packing.
