No instructions (not complicated to figure out, but you have to determine which screws to use by trial and error). The whole thing racks side to side because there's no internal bracing. I wouldn't trust this to hold much. Definitely wouldn't be picking it up by the side handles, which look like they want to pop off. Poorly packed, with damage from shipping. My 10 year old could design a better box.
